Brevard RFCI

The Brevard Tropical Fruit Club will hold it's 31th annual tree sale in 2013 starting at 8:00 am. Date: 27 April Over 3,500 trees and bushes will be offered – many rare and unusual collectables. Location is the Melbourne, Florida auditorium SE field off Hibiscus Blvd. It is best to arrive early so you get the plants you want. and, like all such sales just by attending you can learn a great deal.

Caloosa Rare Fruit Exchange

Caloosa Rare Fruit Exchange will have their plant sale in November 2013, at Terry Park in Ft. Myers. Fruit for tasting will be available. Contact Rachel Singletary (941) 574-7759. This is an easy sale to find and you can expect many plants. Terry park is on Palm Beach Blvd. (SR 80), EAST of US 41. Take I-75 exit # 25 (SR 80) and the park is to the WEST.

Palm Beach RFCI

Palm Beach currently hosts two sales per year. The sales are very popular and take place in West Palm Beach. Hours are 9 am to 2 pm. Palm Beach sales feature a wide variety of great fruit plants. These are the best sales for the south end of the State, don't miss out on them.

This year (2013) the sales are: 20 April (third Saturday) and 20 July (Third Saturday). Location is the South Florida Dair Grounds. Please contact them for more information.

Directions: From I-75 Get off at the Fruitville exit (#210) and go east several miles till you see the fairgrounds on your left. Plenty of parking.

Directions from US41 & US 301 Turn west onto Fruitville Road (This is a right if northbound and left if southbound). The fairgrounds is shortly after the intersection of Fruitville Rd. and N. Tuttle Avenue on the south side of the road.

Tampa Bay RFCI

Tampa Bay RFCI lists two sales:
University of South Florida Spring Plant Festival, and the University of South Florida Fall Plant Festival where they have fruiting plants available for purchase.

Tampa RFCI will be at the Florida State Fair in February holding their annual Citrus Celebration.

The Florida State Fair runs about 2 weeks in February. The address is: 4800 US Hwy. 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33610. There are 3 entrances into the Fairgrounds property: Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., US Hwy. 301 and Orient Road.  MLK, Jr. Blvd. and US Hwy. 301 are only open when there are events ongoing at the Fairgrounds.  The Orient Road entrance is accessible seven days a week with 24-hour security present.
